| From the creators of Dough and Apotheca, BAKERIE bread & wine bar prides itself in serving, from their open plan kitchen a daily selection of delicious freshly made bread and a mouth watering range of home baked fare such as the classic rarebit, hot tasty stews and the now infamous Bakerie boards. |
| Housing an eclectic wine selection serving 24 wines by the glass and over 70 by the bottle, bakerie also has a fully stocked bar with great real ales, continental lagers a mix of contemporary cocktails so there really is something to suit all tastes. |
| With friendly and unpretentious service the venue houses communal benches, making it the perfect place to sit, break bread, share wine and pass the time. |

There are more intimate tables for two and also three large booths available for private hire. Bakerie is family friendly with a toddler menu available until 7pm and the menu is also suitable for gluten, dairy free and vegan diners. |
| Bakerie is situated next door to the Arts Council at The Hive, so it is quite fitting that an art wall on which artist and curator Mike Chevez Dawson showcases short videos created by local and national talent. Bakerie offers a chilled-out vibe with some great music. |

| Bakerie holds various wine tasting events from its hire space/classroom area. It also offers bespoke packages for groups wanting to learn a little bit more or hold a team building event. |
| Bakerie bar is also home to Manchester's first Wine tasting machine that has been nicknamed "the Wine Jukebox", it holds 24 wines to choose from, is climate controlled and sealed with nitrogen to stop the oxidation. The best thing is its self service using a Bakerie top up card.....great for presents or holding your own personal wine tasting!! |

"The moment we walked through Bakerie's doors we got flashbacks of stylish yet unpretentious bars we often frequent in Sweden. It's fair to say that the European connection doesn't stop with the aesthetics. The excellent 70-bin wine list visits all the wine producing nations of The Continent and is excellently priced. The choice of imported ales, both bottled and on draught, is also amongst the best in town. The freshly baked breads help soak up the alcohol and, in keeping with the bakery theme, there's even a Banana Bread Beer. We've worked our way through the simple but excellent food menu since it opened and have been impressed with everything we've tasted.
