Jack Spratt Cafe Manchester
Just off Albert Square, outside Manchester Town Hall, you'll find Jack Spratt, an Independent café style restaurant that offers a casual dining experience in the heart of Manchester City Centre, just a stone's throw from the main shopping area, The Bridgewater Hall and The Royal Exchange Theatre.
Owned by two brothers in their 20s, Som and Marcus Emadi, who, with a little help from their friends, have been integral in every stage of setting up the restaurant, from the interior designing stage all the way up to putting the menus together.
There’s a great atmosphere at Jack Spratt because the front of house team were friends with Som and Marcus before starting work there.
In addition to this, there's some really talented “newbies” to take Jack Spratt forward and make it a top dining spot in Manchester.

It’s not only the atmosphere that makes Jack Spratt different; the food is all locally and ethically sourced where possible and prepared with the believe that food doesn't have to widen your waist to taste good.
The evening menu has received rave reviews from critics and the public alike.
The menu is in the style of an American grill whilst keeping its traditional British roots.
With an average spend of £20 per person for two courses and wine it also won’t break the bank.
Whether it’s a first date, birthday or a group of friends meeting for drinks and dinner, Jack Spratt is ideal.
The early bird special offer is perfect after you’ve just finished work or a shopping trip and is probably cheaper than buying the groceries and cooking at home yourself (and there’s no washing up to do).

Also every Tuesday and Thursday evenings there's live music that could be anything from a soul singer to an acoustic guitarist but it will always be in-keeping with the cool relaxed vibe that is Jack Spratt.
Themed nights include “Blitz” and “Prohibition” parties with themed food and drinks complementing a dress code in line with the theme of the night.
Jack Spratt’s is already a massive hit for Saturday Brunch and has now been jazzed up a bit with some live Jazz music.
Enjoy your hangover-curing JS Grill Up or the awesome Classic French Omelette, with relaxing live background music.
The lunch time menu is a big hit with the locals of John Dalton Street, with Philly Cheese Steaks and the Jack Spratt Burgers being particularly popular.
It’s a great relaxed spot for sandwiches also, with a great soundtrack of jazz and soul playing in the background inviting people to hang around for coffees and cakes too.
