"When I visited Lime at The Lowry, I was amazed by how rude the waiting on staff were. They simply didn't care about the guests. They were out of stock of many items on the menu (which didn't leave much else to choose from). My Salmon Fish Cake was a greasy tasteless mess although my Thai Green Curry was pleasant but nothing special. Very similar to one I had at Restaurant Bar & Grill. On the whole I was very disappointed. Half of the food was shockingly poor, the waitresses were rude, inattentive and lacking any conversational skills.
