On booking we were told it was the xmas menu, on ordering we were told they were not doing the xmas menu. I ordered Breaded Chicken, it came with rocket & lettuce (nothing else whatsoever), bland tasting, bland looking, dry and absolute rubbish. They forgot 2 children's meals and the waiter didn't seem very interested, it all seemed too much trouble. | | "Food was absolutely beautiful, very authentic. Portions were very small though. I still felt hungry after the starter and main. I would recommend Carluccios for the quality of food, but the decor is sterile. Also the service was extremely slow but I put this down to the fact we were sat so far down the restaurant near the window. The staff were pleasant enough and no snootiness but we were forgotton about because of where we were seated.
