PLY lies in the heart of the Northern Quarter on Stevenson Square. A bustling bar that serves up sourdough, Neapolitan pizzas from its mirror tiled, wood fired oven.

Its carefully crafted drinks menu includes twists on classic cocktails and craft beer sourced from local and international brewers alike.

PLY is a fresh, creative space and design-led concept and in addition to its specialty menus serves up a varied and interesting program of creative exhibitions and events – so far it has showcased film, illustration, animation and textiles based exhibitions by internationally renowned artists and this program will continue to develop into 2016.

Also, look out for the doodle wall, which is refreshed regularly by local artists and the library – or PLYbrary – where you can spend a good few hours with a book and your favorite bottle.


Regular Events At Ply
SKETCHY SUNDAYS - Soothe your sketchy Sunday with a food, drink and a draw here PLY. Every Sunday, in addition to being able to eat sourdough pizza and some antipasti, drink a craft beer, Bloody Mary, nice wine or a just a nice long glass of water, you’ll be able to draw out your weekend woes. They’ll be leaving pads and pencils out for everyone to have a play with and any good looking work that gets left behind will be displayed in the bar. Once a month They’ll pick a pic that will win its sketcher dinner for 2 at PLY. NICE. BK OFF! - PLY’s weekly book club, led by their lovely little bookworm, Tif. A very informal get together every Monday evening at 6.30pm in PLY’s book exchange – or PLYbrary, if you will, to talk about what you’re reading, what you like, what you don’t like, pick something out from the book exchange or do swapsies with other book clubbers. Just a drink** and a natter about the thing we love most. A good read.
