Altrincham is the Fourth outlet opened by the chain’s Brazilian founder, Kleber Magalhaes, since he set up in a converted pub in Manchester’s Northern Quarter several years ago.
Bem Brasil, is Brazilian Churrascaria, a steakhouse loved throughout Brazil for offering succulent cuts of beef, pork, fish and poultry prepared by skilled artisans. This style of cooking found in the Churrascarias dates back to the Brazilian cowboys, who roasted skewered cuts of meat over fire pits.
Together with the Brazilians zest for life, the idea has developed into what you'll find at Bem Brasil on Hanover Street in Liverpool. They don't believe in limits at Bem Brasil, so use the concept of service 'Rodizio' which translates to 'continuous service'.
The idea is simple - the meat carvers circle the room offering diners perfectly seasoned meat on skewers straight off the grill, carving you a slice right there at your table. Control of the pace of the meal is set by you, with a small two sided disc on your table.
