Situated on the 19th floor of No.1 Spinningfields, 20 Stories is composed of a glamorous restaurant, lively bar and expansive rooftop terrace with unparalleled 360-degree views of the Manchester skyline.

The 20 Stories menu showcases the best of the North West, with the restaurant bringing warmth and authenticity not only to its menus, but also through its interiors which take inspiration from nature and modern glamorous elements to create a truly unique experience. The bar serves signature and bespoke cocktails, beer and an extensive wine list.

20 Stories favours a glamorous dress code. They do not recommend sportswear, tracksuits, or anything that may cause offence to others. Entry to the venue is entirely at the management’s discretion.

The 20 Stories Rooftop Terrace
20 Stories also has an alluring rooftop garden terrace which has trees scaling two storeys high.

With an outdoor lounge bar under a canopy of trees and dramatic lighting, this is the perfect setting for any occasion.

An al fresco fireplace and covered pergolas with heaters and seats for groups are dotted along the terrace to create a cosy atmosphere against the stunning backdrop of the Manchester skyline.

For drinks, why not take an area with only blue (subject to availability) sky above? Your own exclusive area on the terrace can be reserved for large groups and events.

Private Dining & Events at 20 Stories
20 Stories is the height of glamorous entertaining, featuring a private room with cityscape views that can seat up to 16 guests for lunch or dinner. Whether you are with friends, family or colleagues, 20 Stories is the perfect setting. Serving delicious set menus, mouth-watering canapes and platters, accompanied by stunning views and trademark cocktails

For large events you can speak to the events team directly, whether this involves taking over 20 Stories exclusively for up to 600 guests or an intimate family gathering, they are on hand to ensure your event is a success.

For dining, the stunning private dining room is available for up to 16 guests, along with areas in the main restaurant for groups of up to 60 guests. They also offer the option of hiring half of the restaurant exclusively for drinks receptions, large party dining and networking events.

The Highest Rooftop Restaurant & Bar in Manchester


Make a reservation at the 20 Stories restaurant to dine indoor from their A La Carte Menu. All al fresco lovers will be able to join them on their beautiful rooftop terrace on a walk-in basis for drinks and platters. Whilst they keep their fingers crossed for sunshine, they aren't in control of the Manchester weather and the terrace is open to the elements.

Please note that by making a reservation online, this is to dine in the restaurant and they trust that you are following all government guidelines. Card details will be requested to secure all bookings and they will charge a no show fee of £20 per person should you not turn up on the day. Should you need to cancel your reservation to avoid charges, please allow more than 24 hours’ notice, any time after this, the charge will occur.
