Vermilion is a unique food, drink and socialising experience. Designed at a cost of £5.2 million by Miguel Cancio Martins of Buddha Bar, Paris. Kitchen designed by Ken Winch of Buckingham Palace and lighting design by Firefly of Hakkasan. Creative delicious food, elegant service, exotic delicacies and an ultra-modern soothing atmosphere.

This ultra chic, 3-story labyrinth is Manchester's most sought after destination venue for exclusivity, which features a restaurant, cocktail bar / club and a function room. You can drink and dine in the breathtaking world of Vermilion & Cinnabar - an Asian Fusion inspired experience that is a true feast for your senses.

Famous not only for its renowned uber-cool interior design but also its Asian Fusion cuisine, created by Master Chef, Chatchai Jamjang (previously from The Blue Elephant, Bangkok) and includes a variety of Thai, Indian and Japanese dishes and specialises in seafood. Cinnabar And The Abacus Gallery At Vermilion

Cinnabar - Is decorated in burnt orange and red hues with a multitude of elegant paper lampshades, stunningly colourful linear carpet and a sculpture of Buddha heads at its centre that descends through the floor to feature in the main Vermilion restaurant as well. Most interesting of all however is the six  cocoon bed set around the space, these semi-private structures enable customers to recline in the utmost comfort and seclusion in the middle of what is one of Manchester's most stylish drinking destinations. The Abacus Gallery - This fabulous setting is perfect for impressing your guests and is ideal for various functions and parties, such as; weddings, corporate parties, birthdays, conferences, filming, product launches, canapé drink receptions, buffets and art exhibitions, to name a few. With its own bar and separate sound system, Vermilion's private room can hold 150 people standing or 70 people seated. The Abacus Gallery also includes a separate private dining room for 20 people.
