Overall, yes. Well cooked food in classy, pleasant surroundings. The menu still includes the old favourite of Thai Green Chicken Curry (now approaching a rather heavy £15) but there are some interesting new dishes on offer. The Crab & Avocado starter and the Smoked Haddock Special were exceptional but my penne main course was uninspiring and overpriced for a veggie pasta dish. Overall, we enjoyed our meal but the prices were a bit toppish. This is still a classy eatery but needs to work hard to match up to some of the new kids on the block. One comment about the staff - the service was good and the senior staff are highly professional but the chatty lad from Rochdale needs to tone things down.
