The restaurant is situated within the Genting Casino, just around the corner from St Peters Square, the Town Hall, Palace Theatre and Bridgewater Hall.  The combination of fine dining and gaming offers much more than any other restaurant could ever hope to.

Fahrenheit takes its name from the revolutionary way the food is cooked at 1000°F, using an enclosed Josper Grill. This distinctive style of cooking, utilising the heat produced by the charcoal, maintains a high cooking temperature of 1000°F which greatly influences and enhances the flavour of the dishes.

All the steaks and some selected dishes are cooked in the Josper Charcoal Oven and, as such, are infused with a unique smoky BBQ flavour.

With an extensive menu, wine list and an impressive level of service, you will want to dine at Fahrenheit time and again. Fahrenhiet offers a separate function room, ideal for conferences and large parties accommodating up to 60 people.

To visit Fahrenheit you must be over 18 years old. Whilst there are many benefits and offers exclusively for Genting Casinos & Club members, membership is not required to visit Fahrenheit and anyone over the age of 18 is welcome.  No identification is required unless you are lucky enough to appear to be under the age of 21.
