Tast Cuina Catalana is the taste of Catalonia led by Head Chef Fabiola Bonacci and Executive Chef Paco Pérez, a master and ambassador of Catalan gastronomy, with seven operating restaurants and five Michelin Stars (2 Michelin Star Miramar in Llançà, 2 Michelin Star Enoteca in Barcelona, and Paco just gained a new 1 Michelin star for ARCO in Gdansk)
The King Street restaurant aims to share unique and unexpected flavours.
These surprises come in the form of Tastets, which are small tastes of food, more complex than tapas yet smaller than an average plate.

The Castells are a cultural phenomenon from Catalonia, which consist of erecting human towers; a tradition originated at the end of the 18th century in Valls, Tarragona.
Tast have taken inspiration from these human towers and have named their three floors after the three levels of the Castells.
No matter which floor you dine on you'll be able to experience the complete tast menu including Chefs Specials every weekend.

Tast offers a range of Private Hire options for any occasion from Business Lunch/Dinner & Private Dining Rooms to Wedding Celebrations & Events. You can book a table as a group in any area of the restaurant or rent out one of the floors for Private Dining
TAST BAR & TERRACE - With a full capacity of 34 people, it is the perfect space for a small drinks reception with canapés, in a relaxed and casual setting.
TAST RESTAURANT - With a full capacity of 60 people, it is the perfect setting for a special dinner and event. It is a smart, casual space with big windows overlooking the iconic King Street and is home to their main Open Kitchen.
ENXANETA - With a full capacity of 30 people, the top floor room is small, cosy and comfortable perfect for an intimate event or business lunch as it is equipped with two Smart TVs, Wine Cellar & Private Toilets.
For 7 guests and more, they have created special Menus for Groups that are designed for sharing featuring their most popular dishes, the perfect introduction to what Tast has to offer!

In Spain Sant Joan celebrates the summer solstice with bonfires, fireworks, music, and rituals on the longest day of the year, symbolising life, love, and nature through fire, water, herbs, and festive traditions.
